Our privacy policy.

1. About Aion Limitless Media

Aion Limitless Media ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing and education agency serving the health and wellness industry. The whole of our business is research, writing, strategy, and the publishing of free educational resources. We sell no physical, consumable, medical, or ingestible products of any kind, and we never sell, ship, manufacture, distribute, prescribe, or fulfill products on behalf of clients. Because there is no store here, there is also very little data: this policy describes the small amount of personal information this site touches, and the care we take with it.

Reading this site requires no account, no payment details, and no personal information at all. The only information you can hand us is the information you choose to type into a form.

2. What we collect, and why so little

Two kinds of information can reach us through this site.

Information you choose to give us

  • Your email address, if you type it into one of the two lead-capture forms on the home page: the reading-list form or the conversation-request form.
  • Anything extra you volunteer if you later correspond with us, such as your name or the name of your brand. We never require it.

Technical information that arrives on its own

  • Server and hosting logs. Like nearly every website, the infrastructure that serves these pages records routine technical details: an IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, a browser identifier, and the address of the page that referred you. These logs exist for security and reliability, and our hosting provider manages them under its own published policies.

That is the complete list. There are no profiles, no purchase histories, and no payment records, because nothing on this site can be purchased.

3. What we do with your information

If you give us your email address, we use it for exactly three things:

  • Replying to you when you have asked us to start a conversation.
  • Sending occasional notes about new educational resources, if you joined the reading list.
  • Meeting any legal obligation that genuinely requires it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We have no advertising partners, no data brokers, and no incentive to build a dossier on our readers. An email list at an education agency should be boring, and ours is.

4. The legal grounds we rely on

Where data-protection law asks us to name a legal basis for processing, ours are simple:

  • Consent. You typed your email address into a form and pressed the button. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like, and every email we send carries a one-click way out.
  • Legitimate interests. Keeping the site secure, reliable, and working, in ways that never override your own rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation. The rare case where a law requires us to keep or produce a record.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This is a small, static website, and we have kept it that way on purpose. The site sets no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, and our hosting platform may set strictly functional cookies needed to deliver the pages; neither is used by us to identify you.

If we ever add a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which resources people find useful, we will name that tool in this policy first, explain what it records, and keep it to the minimum. Until you read it here, assume it does not exist.

Your browser settings let you refuse or delete cookies at any time, and this site will read just fine without them.

6. Who can see your information

A short list of parties may handle your email address on our behalf, and only so the site can work:

  • Service providers. The hosting platform that serves these pages and the email tool that delivers our messages. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us, never for its own purposes.
  • Authorities, when the law demands it. If a valid legal process compels disclosure, we will comply, and where the law permits, we will tell you it happened.
  • A successor, if the company changes hands. If Aion Limitless Media is ever merged or acquired, the mailing list could transfer with it. The new owner would be bound by this policy, and we would notify subscribers before anything changed.

To say it once more, plainly: we never sell personal information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your email address only while it serves the purpose you gave it for. Unsubscribe, and we remove you from the active list promptly; routine backups held by our providers may carry a residual copy for a short period before it cycles out. Correspondence is kept only as long as a genuine business or legal reason exists, and then it goes.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law gives you a set of rights over your personal data, and we honor every one of them:

  • Access: ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Rectification: have anything inaccurate or incomplete corrected.
  • Erasure: have your data deleted, subject only to retention a law requires.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection and restriction: object to processing, or ask us to pause it while a question is resolved.
  • Withdrawal of consent: change your mind at any time, with no effect on processing that happened before.
  • Complaint: raise the matter with the supervisory authority in your country if you believe we have fallen short.

Given that the data in question is usually a single email address, most of these requests take us minutes, not weeks.

9. Your rights as a California resident

California law, including the CCPA, grants residents specific rights, and we extend them gladly:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, and why.
  • Right to delete the personal information we hold, with narrow legal exceptions.
  • Right to opt out of sale. Easily granted: we do not sell personal information, have never sold it, and will not start.
  • Right to non-discrimination. Exercising any right here will never change how we treat you. Everything we publish is free to every reader regardless.

10. Where your information travels

Our service providers may store or process data on servers outside your home country, including in the United States, and the privacy laws there may differ from your own. When data crosses borders this way, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, and we hold every provider to the commitments in this policy regardless of geography.

11. Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold: encrypted connections to the site, reputable providers, and access limited to the people who genuinely need it. No one can honestly promise perfect security on the internet, and we will not pretend to. What we can promise is that the less data a business holds, the less it can lose, and we hold almost none.

12. This site is for adults

Everything we publish is written for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our forms are not directed at minors. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted an email address to us, tell us through the form on the home page and we will delete it without delay. As with everything on this site, our resources are educational only, they are not medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

13. When this policy changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves with it. A meaningful change, such as adding an analytics tool, will be described here in plain language before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy, but we would rather you read it: it is short on purpose.

14. Reaching us

To exercise any right described above, or to ask anything about how we handle information, use the email form in the conversation section of our home page and tell us it is a privacy request. We respond within two business days. And one final reminder for any careful reader: Aion Limitless Media is a marketing and education agency, nothing on this site is for sale, and for any decision that touches your health, speak with a qualified, licensed professional.
