Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Each package is a one-time service fee for creative media or education work. Because services involve time, planning, and custom production, refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun and how much of the scoped service has been completed.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before we begin the service, we will review the request promptly and generally issue a full refund unless unusual payment, fraud, or dispute issues require further review.

After work begins

If work has started, any refund is based on the portion of the service already completed, time spent, and deliverables prepared. We may offer a partial refund, revised scope, or completion plan depending on the situation.

After final delivery

Completed and delivered service work is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Aion Limitless LLC materially fails to provide the agreed service.

How to request help

Email support@aionlimitlessmedia.com with your name, purchase email, package purchased, and the reason for your request. We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
