1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set the rules for visiting and using this website (the "Site"). Opening any page of the Site means you accept the Terms in full. If anything in them is unacceptable to you, the right course is simply to leave the Site and not use it. The Site is owned and operated by Aion Limitless Media ("Aion Limitless Media," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Who we are

Aion Limitless Media is a marketing and education agency serving the health and wellness industry. Our work consists of two things: editorial and marketing services delivered to wellness brands under separate written agreements, and free educational material published for the general public. Research, writing, strategy, and teaching are the whole of the business. Every word on this Site exists to inform, never to diagnose, treat, or sell.

3. Nothing is sold on this site

This Site offers no goods for purchase of any kind. There is no shop, no cart, no checkout, no order form, and no price list, because we have nothing physical to price. Aion Limitless Media does not sell, manufacture, distribute, compound, prescribe, ship, stock, broker, or fulfill any physical, consumable, medical, or ingestible product, and we do not do any of those things on behalf of clients either. No engagement, request, or payment can change this. Nothing on the Site is, or should ever be read as, an offer to supply a product, and no message sent through the Site can create one.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to browse the Site or to enter an email address into any form on it. By doing either, you confirm to us that you meet this age requirement.

5. Permitted use of the site

You are welcome to read, browse, and share links to the Site for personal and lawful purposes. In exchange, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for anything that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you, wherever you are.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to break into the Site, the servers that run it, or any system connected to it.
• Run scrapers, crawlers, bots, or other automated tools against the Site without our written permission first.
• Upload, transmit, or point the Site toward malware, exploit code, or anything else designed to damage or interfere with software or hardware.
• Pretend to be someone you are not, or claim a connection to a person or company that you do not have.
• Copy material from the Site and present it as advice, as your own work, or as an endorsement of any product.

We may limit or block access for anyone who ignores these rules, as described in Section 14.

6. Educational content, not medical advice

Every article, resource, email, social post, and page we publish is general education and information, full stop. None of it is medical, health, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice, and none of it is written with your personal circumstances in mind. Nothing we publish is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing we publish recommends or endorses any product, substance, regimen, or treatment. Reading our material is never a substitute for the judgment of a qualified, licensed professional, and any decision that touches your health belongs in a conversation with one. 7. Client services

Aion Limitless Media provides marketing and education services to wellness brands. Those services are limited to strategy, editorial content, campaign development, and related creative and advisory work. Each client engagement is governed by its own separate written agreement, and nothing on this Site forms part of any such agreement or creates a client relationship. To remove all doubt: no service we offer, and no contract we sign, involves selling, shipping, storing, manufacturing, or fulfilling any product for a client or anyone else. A client who asks for that will be declined.

8. Intellectual property and your limited license

Everything that makes up this Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, layout, code, and any downloadable material, belongs to Aion Limitless Media or to licensors who have granted us rights, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. We grant you a narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site and to keep personal, non-commercial copies of individual pages for your own reading. That license does not let you republish, sell, modify, build derivative works from, mass-download, or systematically extract our material, and we may withdraw it at any time. Any use beyond the license requires our written consent in advance.

9. Brand marks

The name "Aion Limitless Media" and the marks, logos, and design elements associated with it identify our agency and may not be used in any way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, or approval we have not given in writing. Marks belonging to others that may appear on the Site remain with their respective owners.

10. Email forms and submissions

The only thing this Site invites you to submit is an email address, through the forms on the home page. When you provide one, you are asking us to contact you for the stated purpose of that form: news about new educational resources, or follow-up about a conversation regarding our agency services. You may withdraw that consent whenever you like by using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. We do not sell email addresses, and we do not hand them to other companies for their own marketing. Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices in full. Please do not send us confidential information, health details, or anything you would not want held in an ordinary business mailbox; the forms exist only to start a conversation.

11. Links to other websites

From time to time the Site may point to pages run by other people. Those links are a convenience, not a vouching. We do not control outside sites, we do not adopt their content or policies, and we take no responsibility for what you find or do there. Visiting them is your own decision and your own risk.

12. No warranties

The Site is offered to you in its current state, with all faults and without promises of any kind. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site will be available, accurate, current, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful code, and we disclaim every implied warranty the law allows us to disclaim, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. You use the Site at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, Aion Limitless Media, together with its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages connected to the Site or these Terms, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, however the claim is framed and even if we were told such losses were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the applicable law allows. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

If your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights leads to a claim, demand, loss, or expense against Aion Limitless Media or its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, or representatives, you agree to defend us against it, to indemnify us for it, and to hold us harmless from it, including reasonable legal fees.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your use of the Site at any moment, with or without warning, if we believe you have broken these Terms or if we judge it necessary to protect the Site, our business, or other visitors. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should outlive your access, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, continue to apply after access ends.

16. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Site, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aion Limitless Media is registered, leaving aside any conflict of laws rules that would point elsewhere. Courts located in that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over such disputes, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Severability and waiver

Should a court find any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be trimmed or removed to the minimum extent needed, and everything else will keep its full effect. If we choose not to enforce a provision on one occasion, that choice does not waive our right to enforce it later.

18. Updates to these terms

We may rewrite or amend these Terms whenever the business or the law requires it, and we will post the current version on this page with a fresh "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a revision is posted counts as acceptance of the revised Terms, so it is worth glancing at this page now and then.
